The terms state that the casino is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under number 00972 and is authorized to run yukongold.casino. The commission’s public list of interactive permit holders shows Fresh Horizons Ltd. with that exact domain. The register does not print license numbers, so the number comes from the terms. A KGC certificate linked from the footer is dated March 2010, and Yukon Gold’s FAQ talks of more than a decade in business.
The company behind it
Fresh Horizons Limited runs the site from Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands.
