The footer and the first clause of the terms name GBL Solutions N.V., registered in Curaçao as company 155090, with an address on Seru Loraweg. Ramtinar Techconsult Limited, based in Nicosia, collects payments on its behalf. The license quoted is OGL/2024/589/0556. Clicking the footer seal opens the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for minocasino.com; it names the same company, gives 14 April 2025 as the grant date and shows the status as Active.
One permit, many doors
The same operator and license cover other casinos reviewed here, among them Slota, Azurslot and God of Wins. They share one platform, one weekday payment desk and one set of document rules. Mino differs in the details: a three-step welcome instead of four, a 5% refund on each day’s deposits, and a payout ceiling that rises with rank, as at Azurslot, though from a much lower start.

The Mino welcome bonus reaches its advertised C$3,770 and 400 spins only along the high roller route: C$2,450 on the first step, then C$500 and C$820. That path takes about C$4,250 of deposits. The standard route tops out at C$2,140 and 300 spins for roughly C$2,620. It reads as a generous welcome bonus on paper, yet three deposits of C$100 bring C$250 in matches and 300 spins. New players who would rather start small can pick Easy Start instead: 50 spins plus a reward coin for a first deposit of C$15, with spin winnings capped at C$75.
45x in five days, a C$8 bet limit and a 10x cap
You choose the bonus in the cashier before you pay, then activate it within 48 hours. You must wager bonus money and spin winnings 45x, and the clock runs for only five days after activation. What the high roller step demands
A C$2,450 first deposit doubles to C$4,900 in play, and the C$2,450 bonus needs C$110,250 in bets within five days, about C$22,000 a day. The ten-times rule would allow up to C$24,500 from it, yet an entry-rank player can withdraw only C$800 a day.
Which games count
