Every page footer names the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as regulator: Baytree Interactive Ltd holds license 01059, dated 26 August 2026. The commission’s interactive permit-holder list, which we checked, pairs Baytree Interactive Limited with spincasino.com. Numbers are not printed there, so the number and date come from the operator. Older reviews, and even one answer in the site’s own FAQ, still cite an Alderney license; that predates the current Kahnawake permit.

How far the playthrough goes
Wagering is counted on the bonus alone. The terms use their own example: deposit C$100, get C$100, and you need C$3,500 in bets. The full first match of C$400 means C$14,000. Each slot counts in full except NetEnt titles (50%), re-spin slots (10%) and progressive jackpots (0%).
