Razed Casino markets itself as a crypto casino, yet its help centre is full of Canadian dollar limits, e-Transfer instructions and card rules. A Cloudflare bot check blocks the main site for automated tools, whatever the location, which left us two sources: the operator’s live help centre, read in September 2026, and archived copies of its own pages: the home page of 15 July 2026, the terms in force in March 2025 and the bonus pages of 2025. Where an older page and a newer one disagree, we say so and follow the newer text.

A Costa Rican operator under an Anjouan license
The footer names the operator as Wild Technology Ltd, registration number 3-102-898807, with an office in San José, Costa Rica, and a Cypriot payment agent, DEDARIO LTD. The license comes from Anjouan, one of the Comoros islands; Curaçao appears only in the clause on disputes.
Register listing and seal page
We looked the domain up in the island’s license register on 24 September 2026. It lists razed.com under Wild Technology Limitada with license ALSI-132405034-FI3, status valid, from 28 May 2024 to 27 May 2027. The seal link in the footer opens a page that also reads “Operating status: VALID”, above a standard notice that the seal page itself has expired; the same wording appears on other seals from that regulator we have checked. The license excludes Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the USA and the Comoros, and Canada is not on that list.
Fairness tested by firms nobody names
The help centre promises a fair gaming environment: third-party games draw their results from a random number generator, outside auditing firms test them, and each title displays its RTP. None of those firms is named. The in-house Originals are provably fair, so each result can be checked on the site. The figures we logged for our September 2026 shortlist: a Safety Index of 7.3 on Casino Guru for Razed Casino and 4.0 on Trustpilot from 388 reviews.
A mediator the casino chooses
Complaints start with live chat and, under clause 16.3.2, the casino aims to settle them amicably within 14 days. Clause 18.1 then sends any dispute to mediation in Curaçao under Curaçao law, with the mediator selected by the casino; after six months without a result, arbitration in Curaçao decides. No independent complaints service appears in the terms, and that is where the trust score loses most.
Access from Canada, and the NYX exception
For this online casino, Canada counts as open ground: the restricted-countries list in clause 3.5 of the terms archived in March 2025 leaves out Canada and every province. Clause 4.4 bars players in Canada from NYX games, and one slot, Vikings, is unavailable here too. Ontario is left out because the province licenses its own iGaming operators; you are not reading an Ontario review. Newer terms and conditions were out of reach, so a province rule added since 2025 would not show here.
Clause 9.1.2 asks you to confirm you are 18 or older; in provinces where the gambling age is 19, that is the figure that applies. Accounts can be held in CAD, and the help centre quotes its fiat limits in Canadian dollars.
The Razed Casino welcome bonus: 100% to $300 USD, with 40x on both halves
The first deposit of new players is matched 100%, up to $300 USD, plus five days of free spins on Pragmatic Play’s Sugar Rush 1000. The banner on the July 2026 home page still shows that $300 figure. The spins depend on the size of the deposit, and $100 is the minimum to qualify for them:

Seven days to turn deposit plus bonus 40 times
The deposit and the bonus land together in a bonus balance, and the whole amount carries 40x wagering, to be finished within seven days. On a $200 deposit, the $200 bonus brings the total to $400, and 40 times that is $16,000 in bets within the week. Stakes are capped at $50 while the match bonus is active and $20 during free spin wagering, and the most the offer can pay out as real money after wagering is $3,000. Contribution drops as game RTP rises: a slot at 96.5% or less counts in full, table games and the Originals count 20%, and every 3 Oaks game plus a long list of other titles count nothing. Bets from bonus funds earn no loyalty progress. The welcome page says the match covers “Casino and Sports”, but clause 6.3 of the bonus terms forbids playing the sportsbook with bonus money, so treat it as a casino offer.
Few players will see a generous welcome bonus in these terms: forty times deposit plus bonus in a week is steep, and the $300 ceiling is modest. Its real use is as a first push up the loyalty ladder below.

Clause 9.1.1 sets out the personal details for account registration: name, date of birth, residential address and an email or mobile number, which you give as you sign up for an account. A second account per person is not allowed, and the casino may call your number during the checks. Clause 9.8 lets it lock the account when two weeks pass after a withdrawal request without contact by email or phone.

Your deposit route decides the payment methods for payouts
The Razed Casino home page speaks of more than 20 payment methods, and the help centre describes the ones for Canadian players. You make deposits from the wallet next to your balance, and fiat payments start at a C$20 minimum deposit. Visa and Mastercard are the most used, the e-Transfer route asks for your email and phone number and completes by email, and the casino also sells coins on the site if you do not use an exchange.

Withdrawal options follow your deposit: coins go back as coins, cards and Paysafecard go to a card or a bank account, and e-Transfer payouts need an earlier e-Transfer deposit. The terms archived in March 2025 said payouts went only to a coin wallet; the help articles written in September 2025 describe fiat payouts in detail, so we follow those. Tipping other players works only with coins.
Nothing in writing on payout speed
- Deposit: open the wallet next to your balance, pick a method available in Canada, and confirm; e-Transfer finishes by email.
- Withdraw: play the deposit through once, then pick the method you funded the account with and enter the amount.
Clauses 10.8 and 12.5 make one full turnover of every deposit a condition for any withdrawal, and 10.8 also lets the casino charge transaction costs at its discretion. Up to EUR 2,500 in total can move without documents; above that, the three verification levels must be complete. Card and bank transfer payouts run from C$20 to C$10,000 per withdrawal, with no daily or monthly cap published, and larger sums go out in several transactions; the help centre gives no separate figure for e-Transfer. Coin payouts have no upper limit at all. What the help centre never gives is a processing time, so we cannot promise how quickly deposits and withdrawals clear. Under clause 14.1, an account nobody logs into for twelve months can lose €10 a month to a dormancy fee while money remains in it.
A sportsbook that triples your rank progress
Sports has its own tab with a lobby, a live betting section and its own rulebook, and clause 6.3 of the bonus terms mentions esports next to it. The help centre describes point spreads and player props next to plain match results, and odds can be switched between formats such as decimal and fractional. Cash out is offered on selected markets before and during events, for singles and multis, and can fail if a market is suspended during the time delay.
A free bet from a promotion usually expires five days after it is issued or claimed, needs the account currency set to USD, and pays winnings without the stake. A combo boost adds up to 50% to multi-bet winnings, and the $10k Sports Race runs alongside the casino races. The strongest reason for bettors to join is Razed’s loyalty rule: sports turnover counts three times, so $10,000 in bets on hockey moves you as far as $30,000 on slots. We could not load the sportsbook itself, so markets per event and odds were not checked.
Eight in-house Originals among 4,000+ games
The home page claims 4000+ games. That figure comes unverified from the operator; the casino game lobby sat behind the bot check, so we had no way to count it. Its menu splits them into Slots, Live Casino, Razed Exclusives, Game Shows, New Releases, Drops & Wins, Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat. Named studios include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and 3 Oaks Gaming, with titles such as Starburst, Bonanza Megaways and Dead or Alive 2, so high-quality games sit next to the in-house titles. Most third-party slot games take bets from $0.10 or $0.20 up to $50 or $100.
The in-house set is Shoot-Out, Plinko, Blackjack, Keno, Mines, Limbo, Dice and RPS, all provably fair. They are fast games that suit high-volume players, although they count only 20% toward bonus wagering. Razed also runs a chat room with language channels and a rain bot, part of its community pitch.

The live section offers live dealer games in blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus a separate game show row. The studios behind them are not named in the pages we could read. With bonus funds, live dealer games count 20% toward wagering, except game shows.
No Razed app to download
None of the pages we read mention a Razed app, no store link for iOS and Android devices appears, and the help centre has no install guide. Mobile play therefore runs in the mobile browser, wallet and vault included. We could not open the live site on any device because of the bot check, so the mobile site’s layout and speed on mobile devices were not tested.
Live chat for everything from limits to lost 2FA
Nothing we read limits the hours of customer support at Razed: live chat and a support email address both run 24/7, and safer-play requests have an address of their own. No phone number is given. Help articles on common questions exist in English, German and Japanese only. The site’s code lists a French version among 13 languages, which the bot check kept us from opening, and no page we captured mentions support in French.
Brakes you can put on your own play
In the July 2025 policy, the gambling tools stop at daily, weekly or monthly loss and wager limits, set from your profile; deposit limits are not among them. A cut applies immediately, while an increase or removal takes 48 hours. Take a Break locks the account for one day, seven days or 30 days and cannot be lifted early, and self-exclusion can be set through live chat for any period between 24 hours and forever, with balances still withdrawable on request. A quick sum shows whether Razed repays regular play.
