From a Canadian connection the footer and clause 1.1 of the terms name Novatrix SRL, registration 3-102-893958, of Cartago province in Costa Rica, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number ALSI-202508056-FI2. The same number appears on Woo Casino, its sister brand. No clickable seal links to the regulator’s validator, but the Anjouan register, checked on 24 September 2026, lists the license as valid until 24 August 2027 with spinsamurai.com among its domains; Fastpay sits on the same record. The footer adds that the brand “has passed all regulatory compliance”, a claim we could not check.
The archived footer and the Dama N.V. years
Archived copies from May and August 2026, seen by a crawler outside Canada, show a different footer: Tobique Gaming Commission license 0000002, same company. Before Novatrix, the brand was linked to Dama N.V. under a Curaçao permit, and the bonus terms still say Paysafe payments are processed through Dama N.V. Outside scores are friendly: 8.5 to 9.1 on Casino Guru’s Safety Index and 4.1 on Trustpilot, both noted when this brand made our shortlist. Clauses 8.2 to 9.9: VPNs, shared IPs, roulette systems

The minimum deposit is not stated consistently: clause 10.2 says C$20, the welcome steps accept C$15, and some cashier rows let you make deposits from C$10. The withdrawal tab was not captured, so which withdrawal options work for Canadians is not confirmed; the home page mentions cards, e-wallets, crypto and bank transfers in general terms. Skrill and Neteller appear in that home-page text but not in the Canadian deposit table.
