What “Assessment in progress” means for Gravira’s players
The footer says the site is owned and operated by Horizonix Corp N.V., company number 166811, at Hanchi Snoa 19 in Willemstad, and holds a permit from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The detail that matters sits in the regulator’s own register.
OGL/2024/1944/1124 and the July expiry
In the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online-license list, last updated on 21 September 2026, entry 165 is license OGL/2024/1944/1124 for the same company and number as the footer: a B2C permit issued on 3 January 2026, expiring on 3 July 2026, status “Assessment in progress”. In plain terms, the listed term has run out and the regulator has not yet published a decision on the next one. The permit is not shown as revoked, but it is not shown as active either. The footer also asks visitors to check the permit through a digital seal, and no seal appeared on the page when we looked.
What should a player do with that? Treat the account as somewhere to gamble in small amounts, not to store money: keep balances modest, cash out wins promptly and check the register again before a large deposit. If the renewal is granted, the site returns to the same footing as other Curaçao casinos; if it is refused, the regulator’s oversight and the approved mediator described below might no longer stand behind your balance.
An About page written for a sportsbook, and no fairness audit
The complaints policy is shared with VashBet, a sister brand of the same operator. The About Us page describes a sportsbook with cash-out and live broadcasts, but the casino site shows no betting section at all, so that text looks copied from elsewhere. No testing lab, fairness certificate or RTP report is published, and no founding year is given. From complaint form to CADRE
Clause 14.2.1 of the terms and conditions maps four stages, ending in Curaçao’s courts. First comes customer support; then a formal complaint on the operator’s Word or PDF form, emailed to [email protected] no later than six months after the incident, acknowledged within a week and answered within four weeks, extendable by four weeks. Responsible gaming complaints are settled within five business days. If you are still unhappy, CADRE B.V., a mediator approved by the regulator, takes the case free of charge, but clause 14.6.4 sets a minimum claim of EUR 5,000 unless the complaint concerns responsible gaming.
Canada under clause 3.5: not barred, not named
Clause 3.5 bars sixty-one countries; Canada is not one of them, and the provinces go unmentioned. Two weekly deals are addressed to “Players from Canada”, and the lobby has a Top in Canada row, so players in Canada are an intended audience. As with many online casinos in Canada, the permit is offshore rather than provincial. Ontario, with its separately regulated iGaming sector, is left out of our coverage, and nothing here is an Ontario review.
Clause 3.2 sets 18 as the floor and defers to a higher local age, so players in most provinces must be 19. CAD is one of six fiat account currencies, but the site’s internal currency is the euro, so the terms quote limits in euros.

Only 10x or 12x the bonus converts
Wagering is 35x on the first four steps and 30x on the fifth, while free spin winnings need 40x and are capped at CA$100 per step (CA$200 on the fifth). The bet limit while wagering is C$7. The rule that shapes the offer most is the payout multiplier: once wagering is complete, only 10 times the bonus can become real money on the first three steps, and 12 times on the last two. Deposit CA$100 on step one, take CA$100 of bonus, and CA$1,000 is the ceiling on what converts. Deposit funds are used first, and every win made while a bonus is attached counts as bonus money until the playthrough ends.
Bonus funds only work in the Bonus Wagering category. Clause 9.8 can also ask for a photo of your bank card or a wallet screenshot, and a photo taken with the site’s live chat visible in the background. A live video call is possible if the account seems to belong to someone else. Clause 8.5 holds every cashout until the account is verified, and above €500, or €2,000 in total withdrawals, full checks are mandatory. Give a number you actually answer: under that clause the casino may retain the funds if it cannot reach you within two weeks.
Payment methods the terms cover, and Interac, which they skip

The minimum withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent, and the maximum deposit depends on the method. The casino also runs internally in euros, so a card charge in CAD can come out slightly higher than displayed after conversion. Withdrawal options narrow for card users under clause 12.2: withdrawals up to the total deposited by card may be sent back as refunds to that card, with any excess paid by another method.
Withdrawing soon after a deposit can cost 15%

We counted 9,965 titles at Gravira Casino through its data feed on 18 September 2026, and a second check on 24 September returned the same 60 casino studios. All but two arrive through the AleaPlay and Vegangster aggregators.
