These online casino reviews, Canada-wide except Ontario, are written for players who use offshore sites and want to know what the rules say before the first deposit. Each one starts from documents rather than impressions: the operator’s terms and bonus rules for the Canadian version of the site, its banking page, and the entry for its license in the regulator’s own register. Where a cashier only opens after login, we say so and name the source we used instead. The ranking above comes out of that work, and every brand in it links to a full write-up.
Two things are worth knowing before you read on. First, SpinEmpire is our partner and our Editor’s choice: it sits at number one with the highest score on the site, and every button here leads there. Second, all other positions follow the score out of 10, so a casino with a tougher playthrough or a thin payout record simply ranks lower. That makes the list useful even if you never click a button, because the same six criteria and the same kind of sources are behind every name on it.
Side-by-side: licenses, payments and language
| Casino | License | Interac | Crypto | Mobile | Games | Français | Avg. payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SpinEmpire | Curaçao | Yes | Yes | Mobile site | 23,000+ | Partial | Weekdays 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3), then a few hours to a couple of business days |
| Jackpot City | Kahnawake Gaming Commission | Yes | Yes | iOS / Android | 1,500+ | Partial | 24 h pending, then 1–3 business days |
| BitStarz | Curaçao | Yes | Yes | Mobile site | 6,500+ | No | All methods marked instant on the Canadian page (operator says ~10 min average) |
| TonyBet | Kahnawake Gaming Commission | Yes | Yes | Android | — | Partial | Processed within 5 working days (T&C 5.7), to the last deposit method where possible |
| Woo Casino | Anjouan Gaming Commission | Yes | Yes | Mobile site | 19,685+ | No | Processing target 12 h, then 1–3 banking days (Interac, cards) |
| Richard Casino | Anjouan Gaming Commission | Yes | Yes | Mobile site | — | Partial | About page: up to 24 hours depending on the method; bank transfer 3–5 days |
| Spin Casino | Kahnawake Gaming Commission | Yes | No | iOS / Android | — | Partial | 24 h pending (no weekend processing), then instant (Instadebit) or 1–3 business days |
The table uses the same data as the reviews. “Interac” means the method appears in the operator’s published Canadian cashier or banking page; a “No” often means it is not listed publicly. “Français” is Yes when French customer support is stated, Partial when the site has a French version but French support is not confirmed. Average payout is the operator’s stated processing time, not a stopwatch reading of ours.

Before you sign up: the casinos on this page are licensed outside Canada’s provincial systems. They are not available to residents of Ontario, who should use operators registered with iGaming Ontario, and an operator’s own terms may exclude other jurisdictions too. You must be 19 or older (18 in some provinces) to play, and our responsible gambling page explains limits and where to get help.
Who writes these reviews. Ryan Mercer, our payments analyst, reads the bonus rules, cashier pages and licenses behind every review on the site and re-checks the figures regularly. His focus is the part most online casino reviews skip: wagering requirements, withdrawal caps and fees, and how Canadian payment methods such as Interac and iDebit actually appear in each cashier.
Law & licensing
Is online gambling legal in Canada?
Minimum age
19+
18+ in a few provinces, including Québec and Manitoba
The Criminal Code leaves gambling to the provinces: each one runs or licenses its own games, and most sell online casino play through a provincial lottery corporation. Ontario went further in 2022 and opened a regulated market for private operators, which is why the offshore brands we review close their doors to Ontario residents. Elsewhere, a casino licensed in Curaçao, Malta or Anjouan is not licensed by your province, yet no federal law makes it an offence for an adult to open an account there. The practical consequences matter more than the legal theory:
- No provincial regulator will hear your complaint; the dispute goes to the casino and then to its foreign license holder’s regulator
- Some Canadian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards, and many players use Interac, iDebit or crypto instead
- Licenses on our list come from Kahnawake, Curaçao, Anjouan and Malta, and they differ a lot in how easy they are to verify
- Recreational gambling winnings are generally not taxed in Canada
Kahnawake deserves a note of its own. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission sits in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke, near Montréal, and publishes a list of its interactive permit holders. It is a Canadian address, but it is not a provincial regulator. When our reviews say a license was “checked”, it means we found the brand’s domain in that list or in the equivalent register in Curaçao, Malta or Anjouan, and we say so when we could not.

These six sit at the top of our ratings. We would not call them the best online casinos for everyone, and none is flawless; they are the sites that scored best on the same six criteria, so their pages answer the most questions before you deposit.

SpinEmpire (Editor’s choice): a huge lobby and rewards that keep coming
SpinEmpire launched in 2025 and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2024/589/0556, GBL Solutions N.V.); the certificate for spinempire.com is active. Its lobby is one of the largest we have reviewed: the operator advertises more than 23,000 games from over 100 studios, with Pragmatic Live, Playtech and Winfinity tables in the live casino. The welcome bonus spreads up to C$3,000 and 350 free spins over four deposits at 45x, with a C$7 maximum bet while it runs.
After the welcome package, the promotions keep coming: Wednesday and Sunday reloads, cashback that grows with your loyalty level, and a loyalty club with five tiers. Mobile play runs through an installable web app rather than a store app.
Withdrawal limits grow with you: C$750 a day on loyalty levels 1–29, more from level 30 and personal limits at the top, with requests processed on weekdays. The public pages name cards, Skrill and a wide range of crypto, and review sites also list Interac. The full SpinEmpire review covers every term.

Jackpot City: the long-running Kahnawake brand
Jackpot City has been around since 1998, and today it runs under Baytree Interactive with Kahnawake license 01059, issued in August 2026 and visible in the commission’s permit list. Its welcome bonus totals C$1,600 over four deposits at 35x, one of the lower multipliers in our reviews, and the minimum deposit is C$10.
What the headline hides is the game weighting. Slots count in full, but most roulette and blackjack variants count 8% and some titles 2%, so a player who prefers tables will clear the bonus very slowly. Interac works both ways in CAD, and there are iOS and Android apps.
Withdrawals sit in a 24-hour pending window, then take one to three business days depending on the method. The Jackpot City review breaks down every deposit step of the welcome offer.

BitStarz: built around crypto
BitStarz has operated since 2014 and holds a Curaçao license confirmed on the regulator’s certificate. If you already keep a Bitcoin wallet, the cashier is its strongest point: the operator lists crypto withdrawals as instant and quotes an average of about ten minutes, while bank transfers take three to ten days.
For Canada the site headlines CA$2,000 or 5 BTC plus 180 free spins. The full welcome terms are not public, so the 40x playthrough comes from Casino.org’s Canadian review, and our review marks it that way. Provably Fair originals sit next to the third-party slots, and live chat runs 24/7.
The Canadian payments table lists Interac from CA$20 for deposits and up to CA$10,000 per withdrawal, all in CAD. There is no French version, and a few games are closed to players from Canada under the terms. Details are in the BitStarz review.

TonyBet: a bookmaker first, with a Kahnawake permit
TonyBet opened as a bookmaker in 2003 and still leads with sports: live betting, a bet builder and cashout sit one tab away from the slots. Outside Ontario it runs under Kahnawake Gaming Commission license 00902, which the commission’s permit list ties to the Canadian site.
The casino welcome pays up to C$2,500 plus 250 free spins over three deposits of C$20 or more, wagered 30x within 14 days. Only slots count: table, crash and live games do nothing for the playthrough.
Interac runs both ways, next to e-wallets, vouchers and eight coins. Withdrawals take up to five working days and are capped at EUR 3,000 a day, and no game count is published. The TonyBet review covers the sportsbook too.

Woo Casino: CAD limits on a public page
Unusually for an offshore brand, Woo Casino publishes its payment methods with card, Interac and voucher limits in Canadian dollars, so you can see what you can deposit and withdraw before registering. The stated processing target is 12 hours, then one to three banking days for Interac and cards.
The welcome bonus goes up to C$6,500 plus 200 free spins over four deposits at 40x. More than 90 studios are visible from Canada, and a sportsbook sits next to the casino.
The license checks out: Novatrix SRL holds it in Anjouan, and the regulator’s register lists woocasino.com with a term running to 24 August 2027. The same company runs Spin Samurai and Fastpay. The Woo Casino review has the full cashier table.

Stake: rakeback instead of a match bonus
Stake has been online since 2017 and runs under Curaçao license OGL/2024/1451/0918, held by Medium Rare N.V.; the regulator’s certificate names stake.com with the status Active. Ontario is the only Canadian entry on its prohibited list.
There is no deposit match. The welcome is 3.5% rakeback on the house edge, unlocked by an affiliate code within 24 hours of sign-up: about C$1.40 back per C$1,000 spun on a 96% RTP slot. Regulars get more from raffles, races and a VIP ladder where sports bets count three times.
CAD goes in through online banking and comes out by Interac e-Transfer within three business days; crypto payouts have no maximum. Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal. Our Stake review also covers the sportsbook and poker.
More casino reviews from our list
The rest of the ranking below the top six, in order. Each summary covers the fact that most shapes a site’s position; the linked page has the rest, from support hours and VIP schemes to mobile play and every payment method.
Several of these online casinos share owners. Metlait SRL holds the Anjouan license for Richard Casino, Stay Casino and Lucky7even (register record to 29 September 2026), Novatrix SRL another for Woo Casino, Spin Samurai and Fastpay, and Villento, Yukon Gold, Zodiac and Golden Tiger share Kahnawake license 00972, hence their look-alike bonuses. Sister sites usually share rules too.
Richard Casino
Five deposits add up to C$5,000 plus 500 free spins at 40x, with sports free bets on the first four. Interac works both ways, games come from 164 studios, and withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a day. Read the Richard Casino breakdown.
Spin Casino
The sister of Jackpot City under the same Kahnawake license, in English or French. A 100% match on three deposits at 35x, native iOS and Android apps, and Interac and Instadebit payouts after 24 hours in pending, never at weekends. More in the Spin Casino review.
Fastpay
Payouts live up to the name: requests are handled around the clock, coins arrive within two hours and Interac in one to three banking days, up to C$7,500 a day. The bonus runs the other way: 100% up to C$750 plus 100 free spins at 50x, within 48 hours. The Anjouan register lists the domain. Fastpay payouts and bonus rules.
Stay Casino
Six deposits make up the welcome package, worth up to C$4,000 plus 350 free spins at 40x (the banner says $5,000; the terms say otherwise). Games come from 147 studios, Interac runs both ways, and payouts stop at €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month. Stay Casino, step by step.
Lucky7even
Interac and iDebit both ways, a French-Canadian site and up to C$3,000 plus 200 free spins at 40x. Why not higher? Its Trustpilot page is dominated by complaints about winnings confiscated under bonus rules. Our Lucky7even analysis.
Razed
Crypto comes first here, yet the cashier also works in CAD, with Interac both ways, card and bank payouts up to C$10,000 per transaction and no ceiling on coins. The welcome is small (100% up to US$300, 40x on deposit plus bonus), so instant rakeback matters more. Anjouan license valid to May 2027. Razed rakeback and banking.
Spin Samurai
Up to C$5,000 plus 150 free spins over three deposits at 40x and Interac deposits from C$15. Withdrawals stop at C$1,500 a day, and winnings on the first three deposits can return C$7,500 at most. The Anjouan license is confirmed in the register. Spin Samurai caps explained.
Need for Spin
A French-Canadian edition and a Monday refund of 15% on weekly losses (up to C$500, 30x) are the draws. The welcome reaches C$4,100 plus 650 spins over three deposits at 45x in five days; new accounts can withdraw C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month. Need for Spin limits by level.
Rolling Slots
Cashback runs on two clocks: 5% of each day’s deposits and 10% of weekly losses, both at 30x. The four-step welcome tops out at C$5,300 plus 750 spins (45x, five days). Cashing out money wagered fewer than three times can cost up to 10%. Our Rolling Slots review.
Lucky Hills
A Curaçao-licensed lobby of 7,393 games from 115 studios, plus a sportsbook. The bonus is up to C$2,000 and 100 free spins over two deposits at 40x. Withdrawals are limited to C$2,500 a week, and only after you have turned your deposit over three times. Lucky Hills in full.
Spin Galaxy
A welcome offer with no wagering at all: 150 spins over three C$10 deposits, winnings paid as cash. Interac works in and out. The catch is its AskGamblers status, “Terminated”, with unresolved withdrawal complaints. What the Spin Galaxy complaints say.
Villento
C$1,000 in matches over five deposits from C$20, with 200x wagering on the first two and 30x after. Kahnawake license 00972. Interac is for deposits; payouts go by Visa, CAD EFT or Skrill from C$50. Progressive jackpot slots are the main draw. Full Villento terms.
Yukon Gold
For C$10 you get 150 chances on a jackpot wheel, then a 100% match up to C$150. Both carry 200x wagering. Interac covers deposits only, and payouts wait 48 hours in pending. Yukon Gold in detail.
Zodiac
The smallest deposit that unlocks a welcome offer on our list: C$1 buys 80 spins on the Mega Money Wheel, then up to C$480 in matches at 200x and 30x. Interac is for deposits; payouts start at C$50 by other methods. How the Zodiac offer works.
God of Wins
The welcome package asks only 35x: up to €3,500 plus 325 free spins over four deposits, claimed with codes GOW1 to GOW4. Cash-outs reach C$7,500 a day, far above most rivals, and live dealer tables come from ICONIC21. On the minus side, the offer terms are in euros and customer support has been slow to answer. What God of Wins does well.
Ritzo
The C$18,000 headline takes about C$17,000 in deposits, and withdrawals stop at C$5,250 while you have five deposits or fewer. On top of that, every level shares the same C$1,500 a day and C$30,000 a month, with Interac and e-wallets paying out. Wagering runs 37x to 45x, depending on how much you pay in. How the Ritzo ceilings work.
Slota
Four deposits make up the welcome, up to C$8,250 plus 500 spins at 45x within seven days, and weekly cashback starts at level 1. The payout limit stays at C$750 a day and C$15,000 a month for every player, and the terms list no higher tier. Slota’s payout ceiling explained.
Wild Tokyo
Loyalty pays better than the welcome here. The Monday refund climbs from 10% to 20% of weekly losses by level, while the welcome (C$3,400 plus 750 spins; the banner says $4,500) carries 50x in five days. The C$750 daily cap lasts 22 levels. Wild Tokyo’s cashback ladder.
Winshark
About 17,800 titles make this one of the largest lobbies on our list, though Evolution and NetEnt are missing. The C$3,945 welcome needs a C$6,310 first payment, and match winnings stop at five times the deposit. Interac and wallets pay out, up to C$790 a day at first. What limits Winshark’s bonus.
Golden Tiger
Up to C$1,500 over five deposits, but the two largest bonuses carry 200x wagering (30x on the rest). Kahnawake license 00972, slots from Pragmatic Play and Games Global. Its cashier details only appear after login, so payout times by method are not published. Golden Tiger rated.
Hugo Casino
A modest welcome, up to C$900 plus 275 spins at 45x, and winnings from each cash part stop at C$700. The lobby is far bigger, with close to 18,000 games, while losses come back at 5% a week (10% only from level 51) despite an “up to 50%” banner. Hugo’s bonus caps.
Spinline
This package was written for Canada: up to C$2,600 plus 800 spins from C$20 a step, at 40x with a week per step. Cashing out is slower: one pending withdrawal at a time and C$700 a day, C$2,900 a week on entry levels. Casino Guru’s Safety Index gives it a below-average 5.7. Spinline’s withdrawal rules.
iWild
Curaçao-licensed, with 12,900+ games from 124 providers, Interac in the cashier and 20% cashback. The welcome pack of 200%, 100%, 100% and 150% plus 400 free spins wagers deposit plus bonus 30x. Balances are in USD, capped at US$1,000 a day out. Only iwildcasino.com is the real site. Our iWild findings.
Azurslot
The payout table is the strong card: C$1,500 a day from level 1, rising to C$6,000. The welcome is advertised at up to C$4,800 plus 350 spins over four deposits, at 45x within five days, and the weekly refund carries just 10x. After six idle months, a 10 EUR monthly fee can apply. Azurslot’s dormancy and payout rules.
Glitchspin
Crypto top-ups earn an extra 5% with no playthrough, and the daily payout cap climbs from C$750 to C$2,250 for loyal players. For a new account, the C$6,710 welcome needs C$9,100 in deposits and 40x in five days, and Evolution and NetEnt are locked for Canada. Where Glitchspin falls short.
Let’s Go Casino
Three deposits bring up to C$3,000 plus 150 wager-free spins, with 45x on the cash bonus. Interac in from C$30 and out from C$90, and a Curaçao license shown as Active on its certificate but under assessment in the register. Let’s Go Casino license status.
Boo Casino
The only Malta Gaming Authority license on our list. The catch: every limit is quoted in euros, the bonus of up to €1,000 plus 150 spins wagers deposit plus bonus 40x, and unplayed deposits carry a 15% withdrawal fee. Boo Casino fees explained.
Gravira
9,965 games from 60 studios and up to CA$5,500 plus 400 free spins over five deposits at 35x. The terms, though, list no Interac, cap bonus wins at 10x or 12x the bonus, and the Curaçao license has been listed as “Assessment in progress” since its term ended on 3 July 2026. Gravira and its pending license.
Spinlander
Cashback arrives daily and again on Mondays (10% to 25% by level), across about 16,000 games open to Canada. Trust is the weak spot: the Anjouan register shows an end date of 22 September 2026, the seal page calls it expired, and withdrawing before three turnovers can cost up to 15%. Spinlander’s license question.
BluffBet
The largest CAD headline on our list: up to C$25,000 plus 1,000 free spins over five deposits at 40x, with Interac both ways (C$10–2,500) and a sportsbook. The Curaçao register lists its company but not bluffbet.com, and Trustpilot shows 2.9 from 28 reviews. BluffBet complaints and terms.
Fairspin
A crypto-first casino and sportsbook under an Anjouan license. Its four-step welcome bonus asks for 60x in 72 hours, one of the tightest schedules on our list, and withdrawals are capped at 1,000 USDT a day. Fairspin and its crypto cashier.
Lucky Dreams
The third-largest CAD headline here: C$10,000 plus 500 free spins over five deposits at 40x. Behind it: about 9,500 games without the largest studios, no Interac in the public Canadian cashier table, and a complaint record we rate as caution. Why Lucky Dreams rates low.

Payout speed varies more than the banners admit. The four casinos under Kahnawake license 00972 hold withdrawals in pending for 48 hours; Jackpot City and Spin Casino hold them for 24, and TonyBet gives itself up to five working days. Several Anjouan and Curaçao casinos promise faster handling, from Woo Casino’s 12-hour target to coins within two hours at Fastpay. Daily limits vary just as much: C$750 on SpinEmpire’s entry levels (rising with loyalty), C$1,500 at Spin Samurai and at Azurslot (from level 1), €5,000 at Stay Casino and Richard Casino, C$7,500 at Fastpay.
Bonus value depends far more on the multiplier than on the headline. A 35x playthrough on a C$100 bonus means C$3,500 in bets; the 200x attached to the early offers at four Kahnawake sites means C$20,000 for the same bonus. BluffBet (C$25,000), Ritzo (C$18,000) and Lucky Dreams (C$10,000) advertise the three largest CAD headlines on our list, yet none of them reaches the top half of the ranking, because the size of an offer never earns points on its own.
Games separate the sites less than bonuses do. Many of the Canadian online casinos we cover carry slots from the same large game providers and live dealer tables from Evolution or Pragmatic Live. The real differences are catalogue size (roughly 500 to 1,500 titles at the Kahnawake brands that publish a count, 23,000+ at SpinEmpire, nearly 13,000 at iWild), whether a live casino is there at all (Gravira has no live tables for Canada), and which games are excluded from bonus play.
Methodology
How we choose and score casinos
Every casino gets a score out of 10, the weighted sum of six ratings. The sources are the same for every brand: the operator’s terms and conditions and bonus rules for its Canadian version, its public banking and help pages, the regulator’s register and, where they exist, complaint records on AskGamblers, Casino.guru and Trustpilot. When a figure only exists behind a login, we take it from a large published review and name that source. We do not deposit real money or withdraw to test a site, and no rating here claims otherwise.
| Criterion | Weight | What we read |
|---|---|---|
| Trust & license | 25% | Register entry, operator company, terms, complaint records |
| Bonus terms | 20% | Wagering, max bet, game weighting, expiry, win caps |
| Games & providers | 15% | Lobby size, studios, live dealer tables |
| Payments & payouts | 15% | CAD, Interac, crypto, fees, stated times, limits |
| Support | 15% | Channels, hours, French-language help |
| Mobile play | 10% | Store apps, installable web apps, mobile site |
Trust and license (25%)
The heaviest weight, because nothing else matters if a casino will not pay. We look for the brand’s domain in the regulator’s register, the company named in the terms, and whether the two match. A license we cannot find costs more than a weak one we can.
Bonus terms (20%)
Big headline bonuses earn nothing on their own. Points come from a lower multiplier, wagering on the bonus rather than deposit plus bonus, a sensible max bet and enough days to finish. Win caps and 200x playthroughs pull the rating down.
Games and providers (15%)
We count titles and studios from the lobby or the operator’s own figures, and check for live casino tables, jackpot slots, roulette and blackjack. A big number from unknown studios scores below a smaller catalogue from recognizable game providers, and we never assume an RTP audit that is not published.
Payments and payouts (15%)
CAD accounts and Interac both ways score highest. We record the pending period, the stated processing time, minimums, daily and monthly caps, and any fee the terms mention, such as a charge on deposits withdrawn without play.
Customer support (15%)
Live chat hours, email, and whether French support is stated rather than assumed. A published complaints route and a named body for disputes add points.
Mobile play (10%)
Store apps for iOS and Android, an installable web app, or a mobile site only. Most offshore casinos have no store app, so the rating mostly separates a stated app from a plain responsive site.

Editorial policy
Why you can trust our casino reviews
Lists of trusted online casinos Canada-wide are easy to find; lists you can check are rarer. Each page quotes the operator’s own numbers, says where they came from and flags the gaps, such as a cashier we could not see or a license we could not find. When a casino’s banner and its terms disagree, we follow the terms and mention the banner.
That approach has limits. A register entry shows that a casino is licensed, not that it is safe or that a payout will arrive on time, and a padlock in the browser only means the connection is secure. So beyond the license we read complaint records, match company names across the terms and the register, and warn about look-alike domains.
We are also open about the money. SpinEmpire pays us for referrals, and that is why it is first and why the buttons lead there; the affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement. Its review uses the same six criteria and the same kind of sources, and its terms, 45x wagering included, are set out in full. No other casino has paid for its place.

Expert tips
How to choose an online casino that suits you: expert tips
Start from how you play, not from the biggest bonus. These profiles point to the review that fits each one best.
- Pick your cash-out method firstIf you want Interac for deposits and withdrawals, shortlist Lucky7even, Woo Casino, Fastpay or TonyBet; if you hold crypto, BitStarz lists coin payouts as instant, and Stake and Razed set no maximum on them.
- Read the multiplier before the amount30x at TonyBet or 35x at Jackpot City is a different offer from 200x at Yukon Gold or 50x in 48 hours at Fastpay, whatever the headline says.
- Know the daily capA C$750, US$1,000 or C$1,500 daily limit turns a large win into several weeks of withdrawals.
- Finish verification earlyUpload ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal request; most delays start at KYC.
- Start smallZodiac’s C$1 and Spin Galaxy’s C$10 offers let you see a cashier before you commit more.
- Set limits on day oneUse the deposit and session limits in your account settings wherever a site offers them; our responsible gambling page lists where to get help in Canada.
Casual slot players will get more from low-deposit offers and no-wagering spins than from a five-step package. Regular players should compare reload bonuses, cashback and VIP levels, which run for months; SpinEmpire’s loyalty club, iWild’s 20% cashback and the rakeback at Stake and Razed are very different takes on the idea. And if you only play blackjack or roulette, skip most welcome bonuses altogether: table games count 8% or less toward wagering requirements at several casinos on our list.
Two checks are easy to forget. Before depositing, ask live chat which payment methods pay out to your bank; the speed of the answer tells you more than any banner. And try the site on the device you will use, since mobile play ranges from store apps to a plain responsive site.
Questions
FAQ
How can I tell if online casino reviews in Canada are trustworthy?
Check whether the page names its sources: the operator’s terms, the license register, complaint sites. A trustworthy one also says who pays the site and quotes figures such as wagering and withdrawal caps, not only bonus amounts. If every casino on a list scores 9 out of 10, treat the ratings with care: even a legit site has weak points.
Which are the most trusted online casinos in Canada on your list?
Our trust rating favours licenses we could confirm in a public register, such as the Kahnawake permits of Jackpot City and TonyBet, SpinEmpire’s Curaçao certificate or the Anjouan entry for Woo Casino. BluffBet, whose permit’s register entry does not list its domain, and Gravira, whose renewal is still being assessed, score lower on trust.
Is it legal to play at offshore casinos from Canada?
Each province licenses its own gambling, and offshore casinos are not licensed by any province. No federal law makes it an offence for an adult to play at one, but you have no provincial protection if something goes wrong.
Why are these casinos not available in Ontario?
Ontario runs its own regulated market, and only operators registered with iGaming Ontario may serve its residents. Players in Ontario should use those sites.
Which casinos accept Interac?
The Interac column in our comparison shows where the method appears in the published Canadian cashier. More than a dozen list it for both deposits and withdrawals, among them Jackpot City, BitStarz, TonyBet, Woo Casino, Fastpay and Lucky7even; at Yukon Gold, Zodiac and Villento it covers deposits only.
How long do withdrawals take?
It depends on the pending period and the method. Jackpot City and Spin Casino hold requests for 24 hours, then quote one to three business days; the Yukon Gold group holds them for 48. TonyBet allows up to five working days, while BitStarz lists crypto cash-outs as instant and Fastpay sends coins within two hours. Verification is the most common cause of delay.
Do I pay tax on casino winnings in Canada?
For recreational players, gambling winnings are generally not taxable in Canada. Professional gamblers may be treated differently, so ask a tax adviser if gambling is your income.
Can I play in French?
Several casinos on our list run a French version, among them Spin Casino, Lucky7even and Need for Spin. Check the review before you sign up: a translated lobby does not always mean French terms or French live chat.
